Handling over the crate #4
Description
I am author of new reactor crate, which is tokio-independent and allows polling multiple resources in a single thread in a concurrent way (i.e. much more lightweight than tokio).
The crate is maintained by Cyphernet Association (Switzerland) and we'd like to use reactor crate name. Since your crate is deprecated, can you please transfer ownership of the name on crates.io to me such that I can re-use the name (of course doing a major version change)?
