Switch to the Github PR comment creation style for creating comments #134
Description
Multiline comments in Github PRs are created by clicking a line, holding down, and dragging to the desired end line. This doesn't require the keyboard and is easier to describe. I don't think we should support 2 different ways of creating comments. If we are to use this approach, we should remove the previous style of creating comments.
