Add demo page hosted on s3

Demo page should interact with demo service to show all CRUD operations
ToDo:

1. Create HTML page with 4 operations
2. Add js code to handle REST API calls
3. Deploy the page to aws s3
4. Add static website hosting to s3
5. Update github
