Bring the core rexplorer code to the rivine organization

Currently the redis dump code resides in the threefold organization:https://github.com/threefoldfoundation/rexplorer
I propose to bring this to rivine and have threefold use it the same way it implements the rest of rivine.
This will improve the reuse for new chains

Let’s wait with this until we have another chain to worry about, we already have enough on our hands these milestones as it is.

And once we do want to reuse, i would propose to develop a small library that contains the stuff that can be shared/reused. But I wouldn’t want to do it similar to how we gemeralised Rivine, it is not the most suitable approach IMHO.

But again, something we can figure out when a new chain exists.

In the meanwhile tfchain’s rexplorer is feature complete and stable, with the latest release v0.2.1, so I rather not touch it for a while, as to not lose focus on all our other tasks to be done.
