Windows app is crashing when loading any .riv file

Description

The windows app is crashing loading any .riv file.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Build your app on windows
2. Start any rive animation
3. See the app lost connection to device (crash without logs)

Source .riv/.rev file

I will send mine if you can't reproduce the issue, but i have tested with few .riv files and all of them are causing the crash.

Expected behavior

The app should not crash

It was not asked but i am using rive: 0.14.4 and i have run the command dart run rive_native:setup --verbose --platform windows successfully

It works on a Windows 11 with a good GPU, i have tested on Windows 10 without GPU and it crashes.
I have managed to get the crash output :
