Support for iOS devices - microphone, file upload/recognition etc. #438

Hi,
Being an iPad and iPhone user, after finally getting Scriberr set up and working as best I can (I think) via Docker Compose, I’m not able to do much on my iOS devices. When I try to upload an audio file , .mp3, .m4a etc. are all greyed out, and the only files I can see that are .mp4 video files.
Interestingly, as a workaround I can rename .m4a files to .mp4 and Scriberr will process it, but support like the accessing the microphone, show it is still initialising snd if I try to click record it simply says “ Recorder not initialized. Please close and reopen the dialog.”
