[improvement] Make transcription and diarization 2 different processes in the UI. #424

Hi,
I've just started using Scriberr and I like the interface and simplicity. Well done!
As far as how it's working.. well.. it is, sort of... let me explain.
After uploading a 1-hour long MP3 I can play the file, and can even transcode it. After some time (using CPU only..) I can see the (correct) transcription in the logging. However, this transcription does not appear in the UI.
As I've opted for diarization with this file and there was a problem with the huggingface config (yes, i know.. my fault) it threw some errors and, i guess for that reason, decided to not give any feedback on the process and just mark it as failed.
Whereas the correct status was that the transciption worked fine, but the diarization did not.
I think it would be helpfull if transcription and diarization are 2 separate processes you can choose from the UI. That way, in the case above, the user would get at least the transcription for the file. With the option of doing the diarization at a later time.
Now, after (hopefully) fixing the error, I have to do the lengthy transcription again, which in fact has already been done.
