Use a single frontend for all the different networks

I am documenting a discussion that we had with @Kisgus about making using a single frontend page for the explorer that allows you to switch to each of the different testnet explorer pages.

This should work similarly to how metamask and various wallets allow you to switch to a different network by a dropdown.

It would also be probably a nice idea to expose the network/environment information to the user through the routing component so that it will be easier to bookmark.
