Fix the DM Raider registry

Summary

The Raider registry on DM is incomplete and outdated.

Why should we complete this?

If DM is to be our friction erasing PM tool we need it to be up to date with the current Raider registry, including current skills held by each Raider.

Bonus, the drop down selector is clunky, a searchable dropdown would be a huge improvement

addition, I want the ability to look up Raiders by the languages they can work with. Specific skills for each raiders would enable clerics to search more effectively for contributors when they have a need, i.e. client needs a engineer familiar with GO. Sort Raiders by that experience >> contact appropriate raiders >> win
