Bug: Snoozing for wrong times #359
Description
Phone–LG V35 ThinQ
OS–Android 9
Issue–Calendar Notifications continually reschedules for the wrong times, both individually Snoozing a list as well as Snooze All for the entire list.
I will reschedule a series of Notifications for VARIOUS times (usually all from my presets' list), but Calendar Notifications will ACTUALLY reschedule all [or ALMOST all, not sure which, since the list is usually large, the app cuts off too much of the "Snoozed until …" time (at the bottom of each item in the list) to be able to read the time, and would be to ARDUOUS to check each item to see if ANY were snoozed correctly].
EG. 1–I'll Snooze some for 5 mins, some for 10, some for 15, ETC. But ALL/MOST end up being Snoozed for 5 mins (5 mins seems to be the default it resorts to, ignoring my command to Snooze for longer). Sometimes, it seems like it may have even ignored the Snooze entirely, refiring what seems only a few secs or a min or 2 after being Snoozed for a minimum of 5 mins (I have no presets lower than 5 mins).
Eg. 2–I'll Snooze the entire list for 90 mins (one of my presets), but within seconds to a min or 2, they start re-firing. In this instance, SOME of them may arise from additional Notification times set in CALENDAR for the individual items, but given the 1st example, and the high number of fails for this example, and the time (of day) of the re-fire, I think this correct re-fire is the EXCEPTION, and that there is still a failure in SNOOZING correctly.
If I continued to RE-Snooze the entire (often extensive) list, EVENTUALLY I will get the correct times, but by then, I've spent so much time RE-RE-Snoozing, that the original Snooze times have become irrelevant, and I have to RE-RE-RE-Snooze the entire list to try to get ahead of it.
