Support for models with different input timeseries for different areas

The excel model supports having different rainfall, PET, abstraction and discharge timeseries for each subcatchment area. I don't think this is technically difficult to implement as the areas are quite separate. It needs some thought about how we handle the information though - where is it stored? in the JSON?
