update/change docs: consider not installing pip packages via sudo

Please consider to update the docs/examples to use a virtualenv or `pipx` to install user packages.
`pipx` is so damn awesome, I was so happy when I discovered it and I hope it rocks your world too! :)
System-wide python applications can often be installed via your distros package manager.
