filter_triangles_x causes gaps between triangles

`rast::raster::filter_triangles_x`
potential causes:
- max / min bounds value - no
- fill convention - no
- floating point error while transforming to screen space ???
- fmadd use ???

`rast::raster::filter_triangles` does not have the issue (is correct) and can be used as a reference
