[FEATURE] Add Russian language support #21

Currently, the app supports many languages, but Russian is not included. This makes it difficult for users who want to translate applications into Russian.

I would like to request adding Russian language support to the app.
Describe alternatives you've considered
There are very few apps on macOS that can translate interfaces into Russian, so there are no good alternatives.
Use Case
Many users need to translate app interfaces into Russian. Adding Russian support would make the app much more useful and accessible.
Privacy Considerations
This feature should work the same way as existing languages, without affecting privacy.
