Error sending BIP3 Update Service transaction

For a registered masternode on the DIP3 tab, choose Update Service, click next, leave Make ProUpServTx enabled
and click Save, then Finish to open the Send tab with the prepared transaction.
The Amount field is empty, and if I try to send the transaction as is, I get Invalid Amount error.
If I put any non-zero amount, I get error:

The server returned an error when broadcasting the transaction.
Consider trying to connect to a different server, or updating Dash Electrum.

Yeah, we are looking into that. We have to update the DIP3 functionality, as it seems out of date. We also plan to add an option to register an Evonode

We investigated the problem recently. The issue happens when you try to use existing collateral to register a masternode, and it requires making a signature with your owner address private key, and it fails to do it correctly. We just got into the same problem in the JS and had to learn the whole process. We will fix that soon
