Update to GCC 9.5.0

Hello! I am one of the key maintainers of https://github.com/smartcmd/MinecraftConsoles
and we would like to compile with a slightly modern GCC than GCC 7.2.0

According to GCC documentation, GCC 9 was the last to support PS3 SPU. Could you please update GCC to GCC 9.5.0 (Released in may 2022). Thanks!

There exists a pull request which updates the SPU GCC to 9.5.0 and the PPU GCC to 13.2.0. Maybe you could give it a spin and report success/failure as a comment there? TIA

Sadly, i don't have a PS3 to test myself. Is there is a test program to see if it at least compiles?

You don't need a ps3 to compile it, just install the SDK on Linux and try to compile things. Then you can try the output in the PS3 emulator, but the emulator won't be accurate to be sure the program 100% works.

Oh neat, Im trying to get this working too for minecraftconsoles since the old ProDG method is horrifying

If this is incorporated natively then I dont have to do a thing
