Chinese UI Displaying Garbled Characters & Improved Translation Available

There is a problem of garbled characters being displayed as "?" in the Chinese UI, which is not present in version 0.9.0. In addition, I have revised a more complete translation file based on the original Chinese translation, although the problem of garbled characters still exists

I noticed that this plugin doesn’t support Chinese display. It would be really helpful for Chinese users like me if you could add Chinese language support in a future update.
