Reduce the size of the output

• Take the ends to an absolute baseline, as this might improve the graphing in highcharts at least
• Implement reduction of redundant datapoints by eliminating any point with a small delta to both neighbors. By choosing both neighbors, it will reduce the size, while not losing edges of each transitory region.
