Evaluator has 404s during week 13

Describe the bug

During week 13 the Evaluator shows series but clicking through on those series results in a 404.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://json.racing/irs/eval/sports/
2. Click on '13th Week Mazda Cup'

but these series don't have individual pages. so clicking on them yields a 404
