Unable to install agents

Node is recognized by Opscenter, but it fails to install the nodes. When I try to SSH using opscenter/opscenter it fails with the following error message.

Write failed: Broken pipe

The agent init script will not work on centos7. Try running centos6 and it will work.
I will test and fix soon.

You can get it to work temporarily by manually running /usr/share/datastax-agent/bin/datastax-agent on the cassandra node. @rogerlz did you get an working init script?
