Assets for latest version preceding v1 release

Thanks for this tool. Could there be a generation of assets for the latest release before the v1 break (i.e. v0.4.0 at time of writing)?
It would be useful to have the full range of platforms as provided by https://github.com/plotly/Kaleido/releases/tag/v0.2.1
This will then enable us to update Kaleido to support the Julia Plotly libraries with the latest versions before the incompatible changes in v1+.
