Support for Intel/AMD/Qualcomm NPUs

Are there any plans to support deployment on NPUs from Intel, AMD, or Qualcomm? Given that NPUs are now common in modern devices and are designed for energy-efficient processing, is there an intention to take advantage of these dedicated hardware units?
