worker.close() takes around 60 seconds

It's annoying, but it has never been blocking, so the issue is opened !

The lib is still working using sdk v2 (https://github.com/piercus/step-function-worker/blob/master/lib/worker.js#L3)

I feel the first thing to do would be to switch to v3 and retest.

I'm not using the lib these days, so not my top priority for now, but if someone want to dig in it i would be happy to review PRs :-)
