Subject: [PATCH] chore: add validation-key.txt for domain ownership
 verification

Add validation-key.txt file containing the required key for verifying ownership of chobanianiapp.com.

This file is placed at the root to be accessible at:
https://chobanianiapp.com/validation-key.txt

Resolves the "Connection failed" error in the app verification process.
