Integration/e2e tests #28
Description
Most of the codebase is now covered by tests.
Still need to do integration/e2e testing for the commands themselves.
Either:
- Only run these in CI environment and create a whole mock environment
- Use more dependency injection to bring dependencies closer to the command function itself.
