500 Internal Server Error - When running Kitana on Ubuntu VM

HI, im getting the following error when trying to use kitana with my plex server on windows.

Im new to kitana stumbled across it trying to install plugins i found online, I am aware pelx killed off plugins but i thought this would still work,
