Installation failed

Tried to install Grid on a new wordpress installation, after activation grid doesn't work and throws this error: `Table 'd02e801b.wp_grid_container_style doesn't exist`

Deleting the plugin via wordpress doesn't work either. There are no grid-tables inside the database.
