GitHub Copilot licenses

Not sure who requested the GitHub Copilot for Business license, but those are $19 per month, per user. And one org owner would need to pay for them all personally. Can't imagine that will ever happen :D I'd suggest getting a GitHub Copilot Pro license if you need/want that.

I'm surprised there's nothing in the audit logs saying who made the request. There is one for GitHub automatically removing copilot access, but I guess that's past the "we gave everybody 30 days free".
