feat: Add next and previous in ERC721 collections #345

Summary
UX to explore ERC721 is not excellent. We should reuse the expeirnce of naviate transactions and blocks to have a similar behavior.
Motivation
To explore collectios is really hard. As a user exploring ERC-8004, was really hard to move from token to token.
Proposed Solution
- Add next and previous token in ERC721 token display
- Add a table similtar to transactions, blcoks lists in ERC721 display
Alternatives Considered
Additional Context
exploring the ERC-8004 I notice that is hard to move around an agents identity. It will be good to have a similar behaviour to txs blocks and txs
Acceptance Criteria
- UX of exploring collections is similtor to ux of others lists (blocks, txs, etx)
- Easy to move between tokens
- Easy to find latest minted tokens
