Console command "s_dialogscale" does not work.

Describe the bug
s_dialogscale does not work.

Expected behavior
Changing s_dialogscale should affect volume of sounds defined with "dialog" channel.

Version information:

• OS: Windows 10 22H2
• OpenMoHAA Version: 0.83.0-dev+1105.69d2236 win_msvc64-x86_64

Update: Command actually does work, but values higher than 1 seem to not work.
