Where does Abbreviated Terms section go?

In previous Standards, the Abbreviated Terms section was a subsection within Terms and Definitions. It is not included in this Standard template.

Any objection to it being inserted into clause 4, such as:

== Terms and Definitions

...

== Abbreviated Terms

...

[gbuehler]

The other option would be to also include an optional symbols subsection. I think this is what ISO does:

== Terms, definitions, symbols and abbreviated terms
...

=== Terms

...

=== Symbols

...

=== Abbreviated terms

...

I suggest adding Abbreviated Terms and Symbols to Section 4, but leaving the title of Section 4 as "Terms and Definitions"
