Include a participant list on the website

Every participant in the project has a URL on the maintaine.rs site, but they're only directly accessible through the links in the book PDF.

This could be intentional if the end goal is for someone to download the full book. But if not, then it would be great to include a list of participants linking to their respective page on the site so that someone could browse the maintainer stories.

Agreed, but I didn't have a chance to create such a list yet. I'll try to create one this week. Thanks!
