acpx codex sessions history can temporarily return "No history" for an active session that already has live output


`acpx codex sessions history <session-name>` can temporarily report:

```
session: <session-id> (0/0 shown)
No history
```

even though the same session is actively producing visible output in the foreground and later shows valid history entries.
This appears to be a delay or race between live streamed session output and persisted/history-visible session messages.
