Provide function for deleting measurements of all sensors/phenomena at once

Description

have a button "delete all measuremenets of the device", or something like that, to clear the device from all measurements taken

Use case

currently, if you want to delete all measurement of a device on opensensemap, you have to do it one by one for each sensor
