where to look up bldg_fid?

in looking at the parquet files, how to go back to GIS to look up by the bldg_fid or gid?

buildings. i am trying to connect from the data to a property address in GIS. the bldg_fid or gid as defined in the documentation is an ID to do so, but i can't find out to link back
