Episode more than 2 digit

Hi,

I have problem with renaming series (animes actually) which have hundreds of episodes.

my format : %dn/%sn.S%0sE%0e
After the post processing, the episode lost 1 number, eg: 168 become 68

Erai-raws.Boruto.Naruto.Next.Generations.168.1080p.Multiple.Subtitle/
Erai-Raws Boruto Naruto Next Generations - S01E68.mkv

I've tried with %e instead of %0e, the result is the same.
