Compatibility support for varnish 7.4

Hello,
we are planning to upgrade varnish to version 7.4. Is there any known limitation for this vmod used on varnish 7.4? I see in the docu, that the vmod is built for varnish version v3-v6.

The latest version it's been tested against is 7.2.1. Per the varnish api release notes, it seems like it should work fine with 7.4 (I'll give it a test later and post back).
