BE Large files issue

Larger files are failing to upload via Browse Everything. I can go through the process of selecting the files in the temp S3 bucket and initiating the upload to Hyku storage. As you can see from this example, the file I uploaded today appears as an item (second item in the list), but the file size column is blank and the file cannot be downloaded.
