cloud files not available for download

I've added files individually via s3 to each work in this collection: https://bl.iro.bl.uk/collections/d834425a-b5e0-48df-9486-8a0f6a704882?locale=en

I first uploaded Introduction to EAP and Closing Remarks as a test. These Worked. A day later I uploaded the files for the rest of the collection.

After over a week the I am unable to view or download the files.

For now, I have privated the files.

After doing some trial and error uploads, the issue seems to be isolated to MP4 files (zip files and csv files seem ok at least).

Abridged user story of the issue:

• Add work via UI and upload MP4 file via "Add cloud files" option
• Work is added successfully and the file name is present in the items list

• However, the file size column in the items list is blank, and when a user clicks "Download", the download url says "page does not exist"

No repeatable: File sizes are displayed and have tested both mp4s and they can be downloaded. It is possible that previously they had not been fully processed

Introduction to EAP and Closing Remarks should be working, but the others are not.

Caused by mis-handling of filenames with whitespace in them in direct to s3 persistence (somewhere round 'ere: https://github.com/notch8/britishlibrary/blob/main/app/actors/hyrax/actors/file_actor_decorator.rb#L10-L14)

Short term workaround : re-upload the files in question with no whitespace (e.g. "Day 01_Welcome remarks.mp4" becomes Day_01_Welcome remarks.mp4)
