[User Story] docs-07: Convert Core Handoff Pages To Proper Redirects

User Story

As a SpecFact user, I want core docs pages that duplicate module content to redirect me to the canonical source on modules.specfact.io, so I always find the most up-to-date guidance in one place.

Scope

• Convert 20 identified handoff pages from full duplicate content to 3-paragraph summaries + canonical links
• Add jekyll-redirect-from metadata to preserve existing URLs
• Verify modules site target pages exist before creating redirects
