Provide flatpak installer

I know, at some point you have to say enough, but flatpak is very popular for linux packages.
Is there a reason to not provide a flatpak?

Well
a) no-one has asked for one before now
b) I've not heard of flatpack before now
c) no-one has offered up a pull request to add one

I can try to make a flatpak.
What I am doing right now is systemctl --user node-red.service which is enabled using podman and quadlets.
It works pretty well.
I will see if this approach can be supported with a flatpak.
