Add feedback to Pull Request validation to make it clearer when an expectation has not been achived #32
Description
Update this GitHub Action as so to provide feedback when one of the checks has not passed during operation. This should be both in the form of a comment and a label.
Acceptance Criteria
- Support commenting and labelling of the pull request on errors
- Ensure the creation of the required label (
needs-more-information) if it's not present on the repository.
