Feature: display a smart summary of the user's ledger if no subcommand is provided

Rather than just displaying a help screen, mvelopes could be able to display a summary of the user's finances. For example, mvelopes might tell the user how much they're spending in a category compared to last month. However, this would require mvelopes to know which top-level account is considered an expense account.

To expand on this, mvelopes will forecast if the user is spending over or under their last month. We could either forecast by:

• extrapolating from the first of the month and comparing it to the average money spent at the same day of last month or the exact money spent by the same day of the last month.
• comparing the average of the last 30 days and the average of the 30 days before that.
