Remove from NPM

It is hereby requested that the with this github repository provided npm package @monocircuit/utils is taken down.

After that this repo will be deleted. There is no current use for a utils package. That is the case especially, since utils is way too general.

For that reason a seperate design repo exists, the only purpose of which is to hold everything related to the looks and feel of monocircuit.

Should there ever be a need for low level utils like a binary search tree this will be reconsidered.
