Let us choose the Chinese slug+flag+wording for target audiences

Hey folks,

Forcing politics is not a good look - please allow your users to choose a url slug (outside Hant) and flag. In other words, please allow zh-TW as an option to allow users to adapt to their target audience without awkwardness.

Both zh-CN and zh-TW would be great: Let users have both for different target audiences - it doesn't even make sense to have traditional Chinese with a China flag since they use simplified Chinese. This isn't even political - but cultural awareness. If you're trying to avoid upsetting someone, you may be inadvertently doing this already due to this mistake.

• If you support traditional Chinese locale, it should be zh-TW because it doesn't make any sense any other way
• Then still also have zh-CN with a China flag -- that makes cultural sense

You're probably also confusing SEO on search engines, expecting zh-CN and zh-TW.
