I am having an issue adding custom domain

I have a custom domain and I have added the CNAME to the it to point to cname.mintlify-dns.com according the documentation. However when I want to add that domain via the dashboard I keep on getting the following error: error: already added meanwhile this is my first time using mintlify.

the same ussue. tried other domains and/or different setting – no positive results.

@esceptico I reached out to the support team since yesterday no positive response yet. This is my first experience. I will wait couple of days and then just abandoned it because I don't want to use a tool that partially works.

@esceptico I think the issue has been fixed. I have been able to add my custom domain.
