Support score calculation in CLI when running with --offline

Using the --offline flag currently prevents retrieving a score.
I’m wondering whether it would be possible to calculate the score on the CLI side instead of relying on the React Doctor server.
Ideally, I’d prefer not to share my company’s project structure or files, so a fully offline workflow would be helpful.
