'json:' tags for fields should support camelCase as a config

Our API supports camelCase as a standard, so instead of json:first_name we support json:firstName. So it would be nice to use this framework, but it doesn't currently support our needs.

Modelq supports using customized template for the code to generate.
You can check that for your purpose.
