black background with white text and white table color

Describe the bug
I’m not sure how it happens, but I’ll set a preset and hide the icons and after a while when i go back into settings there’s a black background with white text and white table color.
Expected behavior
I expect the settings to stay as the theme i select like it has in the past. I’ve even disabled and removed any other settings related apps to see if that would help.

I’ve re-created it by hiding the icons so i believe that’s what is causing the problem.
