I have an iPhone X on 12.4, live weather is not working on LS or HS. The live background for the weather app does work. I can not select any of the weather conditions within the Custom Weather Condition section, if I hold on any of the weather options settings crashes.

same issue and in my case installing rocketbootstrap was the solution (ip7 12.4)
